The Association rules for bulk items disposal have been updated to limit the quantity of items disposed.
Please read the Amended Rule that was mailed to homeowners earlier this week.
Bulk Items and Recycling rule highlights:
- Owner’s or their tenants may dispose up to two (2) bulk items per week.
- Keys or access may not be given to non-residents.
- Renovation debris may not be disposed.
- Landscaping and other plant debris may not be disposed.
- Products containing refrigerants (whether still existent or expelled) may not be disposed.
- Products containing gasoline or oil (whether still existent or expelled) may not be disposed.
- Electronics containing any tube technology may bot be disposed.
- Violations may include legal prosecution and fines of up to $500 per item.
