December Association Meeting Cancelled

The Board of Directors has decided to cancel the monthly business meeting of the Association for December 2017. Any urgent business matters will be escalated to the Board by our Property Manager.

The next scheduled business meeting is Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Open session and hearings begin at 8:00 PM.

  1. I am a new resident needing to submit an architectural change request in order to make my unit livable. How do I go about getting this request processed/expedited in light of the December meeting cancellation?

    1. Architectural Change Requests should be submitted through our property manager. Urgent matters are then forwarded to the Board through an exception process.

  2. Board: I heard a rumor that the board was considering re purposing the tennis courts. If true, as a 20+ member of Stover Mill I would object to this. The tennis courts are great amenity for our community. Personally for years we used them almost daily during nice weather. We still use them today, but less often as my boys have moved away. As a little background and to support the effect they had on us, my youngest son went on to play tennis in HS (4 years as #1 player) and in college (D3 winning the Mac conference as a soph). We thoroughly enjoy the courts and hope they remain a staple part of Stover Mill. I hope this is only a rumor, but if not, I would feel bad if I didn’t put my two cents in.

    1. There are preliminary discussions about changing one of the tennis courts to have a convertible tennis/volleyball net. The other court may remain a tennis court, or it may be modified for an alternate purpose. These discussions are only preliminary.
