Below is an overview of the services covered by the quarterly assessment for all Stover Mill Community Association members.
Waste Removal Members may place their trash in the closest community dumpster for handling by our waste removal service. If your location is full, please use a different dumpster.
Recycling Members may place their recyclable materials in the appropriate bin of the recycling container, located near the tennis and basketball courts at the rear of the community.
Type 1 and 2 plastics, Aluminum and Tin Cans, as well as paper, newspaper, and light cardboard may be recycled under our recycling program. Please do not deposit items using plastic bags.
Bulk Items Removal Members may place their bulk items inside the large dumpster unit next to the recycling container. Bulk items should not be left outside the enclosure or at street dumpster locations. Please do not leave bulk items within or around the regular dumpster locations; they will not be picked up by our service.
Snow Removal Snow is cleared at common areas and community roads when snow is deeper than one inch. Each homeowner is responsible for clearing snow and ice from their parking spaces and walkways. Snow should not be pushed into the street as it creates a hazard and results in higher snow removal costs.
Common Areas Grass, trees, paved surfaces and other fixtures and materials are maintained using Association funds. The play grounds, common fields, basketball court, tennis courts, and hockey court, as well as recycling and dumpster areas are reviewed periodically with repairs made as needed.
If you witness dumping activities within Stover Mill, please report the incident to our Property Manager. Be sure to include as much information as possible, including persons and vehicle description.
