About Stover Mill

Stover Mill Community Association, a not-for-profit corporation, was established in 1978 by NLF Associates LPP for the purpose of preserving the values, community facilities and amenities within the Stover Mill townhouse development in Warwick Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Our community is comprised of 488 homes on eleven private streets, with three parks, convertible tennis courts, hockey court and basketball court.

Continental Property Management is responsible for handling business transactions on behalf of Stover Mill Community Association, as supervised by the Association’s Board of Directors.

Association Assessment

Through 2023, the quarterly assessment is $220, due the first day of each quarter. Late fee is $25.

The assessment covers the cost of waste removal, snow removal on community roads, and maintenance of community facilities. The business costs of the community are also included.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is an elected panel of seven community members, each serving a two-year term. These volunteers work with the property manager to help keep the community running and ensuring the governing documents of the community are followed and enforced.

Elections for the Board of Directors are operated annually, alternating between three positions and four positions.

Committees

Committees are appointed and supervised by the Board of Directors.

Architectural Committee

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Architectural Committee helps to promote property values through architectural inspections and materials review.

Grounds Committee

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Grounds Committee helps monitor common areas throughout the community, including supervision of general grounds keeping and snow removal.

Technology Committee

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Technology Committee oversees the technical aspects of the community, including website and common facilities security systems.
