Stover Mill Community Association (herein ‘Association’) is governed by its by-laws, covenants and other legal documentation. The following applies to use of this web-site.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of this web-site is at your own risk.

By continuing to visit this web-site, you are agreeing to the site terms of use as defined here and within our governing documents, without limitation (collectively herein ‘Terms’) . You agree to periodically revisit this page to review the current Terms for updates.

Member Account and Security

Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Each member is fully responsible for all activities which occur under their member account. The webmaster and Board of Directors should be notified immediately if a member’s account is compromised.

Each member is responsible to maintain their account, including updating contact information and deactivating the account upon departure from the Association. Accounts not logged in for one year may be deleted.

Registered subscribers that are not authenticated as Association members will be deleted 14 days after registration.

Member Posts Conduct

Members shall use this site to obtain and share valuable information as it relates to the Association.

  1. Posts, including comments and pictures, shall not have inappropriate or harmful language, or other objectionable or unlawful content.
  2. Copyrighted materials may not be submitted without proper accreditation and permission from copyright owner.
  3. Member information, including but not limited to names and contact data may not be harvested for solicitation or other use outside official business of the Association.
  4. Commercial advertisements may not be included in any posts, comments or pictures, except those part of paid advertising to the Association.
  5. URLs to valid supplier web-sites may be included in posts, comments and pictures, however referral codes and links to non-Association business related sites will be removed.

Conduct by any member that in our discretion restricts or inhibits the use of this site by any other subscriber or visitor will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to pursue legal and equitable remedies against violators, including the posting of any violators name and address, reporting the activity to our partners, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and other authorities.

Any material in any post that we determine to be disruptive, argumentative, or not suitable for our forum may be edited or deleted at the discretion of our Moderators or Administrators. If we should fail to enforce any right or provision in these terms and conditions, you agree that this failure does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Termination

You agree that the Association at its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the web site, and remove and discard any Content within the web site, for any reason.

You agree that any termination of your access to the web site under any provision of these Terms may be effected without prior notice. Further, you agree that the Association shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the web site.

The Association may at its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the web site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
