For any residents that wish to meet with the Board of Directors, to discuss their requests and other appropriate topics, contact our property manager to be added to the agenda.
The meeting is held in the meeting room attached to the engine bays of Hartsville Volunteer Fire Company. Please do not arrive at the meeting before 8:00 PM. If the meeting is held online, members on the agenda will be provided meeting information.

Bucks County Planning Commission is holding a Hazardous Household Waste Collection. For this event, each household can bring up to 25 gallons (or 220 pounds) of hazardous products, which have cautionary words on the label like Danger, Warning, Caution, Poisonous, Combustible, Corrosive, etc.
Items eligible for this event include Pesticides, Flammable liquids, Household cleaners, Toxic Chemicals, Fire Extinguishers, Lead NiHM and Lithium Batteries, Mini-Propane tanks (2lb or less), compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs).
NOT ELIGIBLE products include electronics, latex paint, appliances, asbestos, explosives and ammunition, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste and drugs, PCBs and CFCs, radioactive waste, tires and unknown materials.

The Annual Election Meeting for Stover Mill Community Association will be held at Hartsville Volunteer Fire Company, in the meeting room attached to the engine bays.
Multiple Board positions are up for election, two year terms. Homeowners in good standing are encouraged to attend the meeting to discuss current topics within the community and meet the Board members.
