2020 Annual Meeting Cancelled

For the safety of our community, the Board of Directors has chosen to cancel the Annual Meeting scheduled for April 22, 2020. The monthly business meetings are also cancelled until further notice.

Annual Election

The Annual Election for the Board of Directors will be conducted on time. There are four positions open on the Board for election this year, each for a two-year term. Candidates will be included on the ballot being mailed to each homeowner. All members should return their completed ballot via mail, fax or email.

Association Business

The Board of Directors is handling the ongoing business of the Association through email and telephone. Please continue to mail your architectural changes to our property manager and telephone any concerns as usual. Members can also email our property manager, as needed.

Continental Property Management has temporarily closed its doors to public access. Many of their staff are working from home, to keep our community running as smoothly as possible.

Please do not visit the office of Continental Property Management, or the homes of Board members. Stay home and keep safe.
