2021 Annual Meeting Canceled

Considering the current Coronavirus pandemic, the Stover Mill Community Association has decided to cancel the 2021 Annual Meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held on April 28, 2021.

The Association will conduct the Board of Directors election by Proxy Ballot only, to elect three homeowners to three of the seven Board Seats for two-year terms. The 2021 Annual Meeting itself will not be rescheduled since the Association already conducts meetings throughout the course of the year.

If you are interested in serving your community as a member of the Board of Directors, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it no later than April 6, 2021 at 4:00pm. Proxy Ballots will then be sent to the community for the election.

The Board of Directors is a voluntary position, requiring the directors to participate in monthly executive board meetings. Access to email is essential, as some Association business is conducted through email.
